I decided to do the 3 week body reset because I wanted to lose some weight. Because this program is designed to help with inflammation I thought I would give it a go. I can’t comment on the latter because my condition is not run of the mill and I did have to quickly reduce the allowed calories per day to lose weight. What I loved about the program though is that there is a lot of support, 90 % of the recipes are really tasty and fit in with my general lifestyle anyway with some tweaks and additions such as protein powder, which is easy to manage.
