I am very impressed with this healthy eating program.
The last day of my 3WBR and here is a quick summary of what has changed for me.
- Weight is down 3.2kg
- Sleep has improved
- Body aches and pains have reduced.
- Fluid retention has reduced.
- Blood pressure is the lowest it has been for 8 or 9 years.
- Not feeling hungry.
- Better hydration.
I did not realize at the start that there would be so many health benefits from this program besides losing weight. I want to keep it going now to live my best life.
