A simple to follow, tasty and adaptable plan that over a 3 week period is short enough to be able to stick to and long enough to be able to get tangible results from. Am loving this newer way of eating and adapting recipes to suit our family without being a slave to a 'diet plan'!

I've lost 4kg in the 3 week body reset and feeling so much better in myself. I had an upset stomach all the time due to not being able to have dairy and I thought it was just lactose intolerance, but this program has helped me step back and notice what it really was and how I do not want to feel anymore. It's really not too hard to stick to and I'm excited to see how my body will look after the next 6-12 months.
