Did the health with Bec 3 week detox with my husband mainly for a lifestyle reset. We LOVED the food. We weren’t trying really to loose weight but did I lost 2.5kg and he lost 4kg. We love the recipes and will add them to our rotating menu.

This is a great plan and I am committed to it being anyway of life, not a diet. I feel good weight is down a little but overall I feel good - I have energy, not brain fog, very little hunger and no cravings. I did not stick to the plan 100% - I chose a number of meals that I enjoyed and rotated these as they were easy to prepare and didn't take a lot of thought or prior planning. I would definitely recommend this way of life to others.

This program has been amazing for me. Very easy to follow, incredibly flexible (I had interstate visitors and was away for work for 4 days during my 3 weeks) and made a massive difference for me. I’m 5kg down and 18 cm down plus improvements in mood, energy and my skin, bloating, water retention, cravings and brain fog! Could recommend it highly enough and I am telling everyone! I will be continuing with this way of eating! I’m not someone who take pictures so don’t have lovely photos of the food to show, but have really enjoyed most of the food and been able to easily adapt to suit the whole family on most occasions. Thanks Bec and team. So grateful for this approach and all the learning that goes with it.
