Bec’s 3 week body reset was a great plan to follow. Easy and quick recipes and a shopping list for each week that took all the hard work out of meal planning every week. The foods were yummy and I never felt like I was missing out, but the best thing was less bloating. I felt so much more comfortable in my tummy. I lost a couple of kg’s but I felt and looked like I lost more, even if the scales said I didn’t. I would recommend this program and I will take what I have learnt going forward. Thank you.

Great and easy program to follow. Video content was great. Some of the recipes are acquired tastes but you can repeat the ones you love which is what I did. Not sure how easy it is to combine eating in this plan for the whole family realistically especially with younger kids. I found week 1-2 easy but didn’t maintain consistency which came down more to my planning or lack of. I would recommend giving this an go especially if you want to learn healthier habits.

I really enjoyed the recipes on this program. I never felt hungry although initially I lacked a bit of energy. I suspect that was due to my transition off sugar. I lost 2 or 3 kgs even though I had a few splurges on the weekends. The recipes were so good my husband and I have started back at week one.
