Just completed the 3 Week Body Reset and I found the plan really good for teaching me some alternate ingredients and swaps for how I would have normally cooked. So I’m hoping to make these changes a regular fixture moving forward. I also noticed how fuller I’ve felt, as I would normally have been craving something sweet for morning tea . I feel I have the confidence now to know I can go till lunch before eating. The meals were really enjoyable, I managed to stick to the meal plan, only swapping the mushroom & tofu meals to prawns. Whilst the scales didn't move (I had lost 2kgs just prior to commencing) I definitely noticed a difference in my body shape and clothes fitting much easier. Well worth joining up!

Whilst I didn’t experience the weight loss results other women on the 3 week reset program have, I really enjoyed the food and definitely noticed an increase in my energy levels and improved mood. I would recommend giving the program a go.

After a thyroidectomy last Nov24 and now taking thyroxine I ended up gaining weight which I knew would be impossible to shift . I felt bloated and depressed from my weight gain which was very quick . I read about Health with Bec and thought I'd give it a go ... well I was very surprised by the recipes and how I felt after a few days following the plan. After 3 weeks I've lost 3.5kg , feel great and continuing on. Bec's support system is excellent . I'm 67 in August and feel wonderful . If you are thinking about it , don't wait you'll be surprised on how quickly you'll feel better .
