My menopause bloat was gone in the first 2 weeks, I dropped 4 kgs over the 3 weeks and feel so much healthier knowing I’m looking after my body. It was easy to shop with the lists and easy to cook the meals. It’s been a life changer and I’ll keep going to meet my goals.

It was so worth joining the 3 week reset. The lists and meal plans were easy and the food was enjoyable, it really doesn't feel like you're missing out on anything. My body responded really positively, great energy, less bloat and gradual weight loss. Bec has a very encouraging and normal approach to food and calories, its actually sustainable, positive and healthy

I struggled to lose post menopausal weight with my usual low carb, low calorie diet, and out of desperation, I tried HWB. I lost 5kg and 11cm during the 3 week reset, I was never hungry, and I learned a great deal. A cursory review of the recipes seemed a little complicated, and some ingredients were unusual to me, BUT in reality, the recipes and ingredients were easy! There was loads of support from the HWB community, and I feel like I am launching into a future where I can make smart and realistic food decisions. I really encourage you to try this program!
