You’ve got nothing to lose but weight, inflammation, and sugar/carb addiction by doing the 3WBR plan with Bec. It’s amazing how removing sugar and a lot of bad carbs from your diet gets rid of virtually all my bad snacking habits. Easiest fasting ever by week 3. I’m over 7kgs down after 3 weeks which is amazing for this 57 post menopausal woman. I feel like I might have finally have found what works for me long term. I had no problems eating out and sticking to the plan principles either. Great supportive community too!
