Thankyou Bec! I’ve never followed a meal plan completely until this one. After a 6 week Europe holiday and being mid 40s I wasn’t shifting the weight I had gained, so I decide I wanted a done for me, easy to follow, yummy meal plan and this did not disappoint. I loved the recipes, I made swaps, I never felt deprived, I felt empowered and I hurt my back in the last week and couldn’t exercise and still lost 1.9kgs. I have embedded this new way of eating for life, thank you for all of the thought and encouragement in this plan. Loved it!

Loved this easy to follow plan. All the hard work is done. Easy to follow recipes. Can be made quickly without too many ingredients. Immediately noticed less bloating and had no feeling of low blood sugar due to consuming bread. So happy I decided to invest and although I didn't stick to it 100% due to a busy family/work life, I had noticeable improvement with energy levels, weight loss and never feeling hungry. Thank you Bec for your knowledge and clean recipes

The 3 Week body Reset is awesome! Great meal plans and recipes that are easy to make and VERY tasty! It's also easy to swap meals you don't like or want out and substitute in a different one. I did not feel hungry. Lots of email support during the program. Have now joined the Tribe. Recommend
