I could not recommend this program more. I started the 3 week body reset as I was looking for a way to change my eating habits and didn't know where to start. My gut health has totally changed, I have lost 6kg in 4 weeks (I joined the tribe). My mind is clearer for my work, I don't miss alcohol and I have gone from drinking 4 x Oat milk Latte's per day, to one morning coffee with almond milk. Bec is right , the food is tasty and I honestly have not felt hungry once on this whole journey. I could go on and on. So happy I found Bec and her program. I listen to her podcasts and it has really helped me understand the years of gut health I have suffered and how eating healthier options can honestly change your life. If you seriously want to lose weight and become a healthier version of yourself, this is the program for sure.

Absolutely loving HWB, the recipes in the 3WBR are easy to follow and I’ve felt satisfied most days (not hungry) lost between 2-4K and have now joined Tribe, great supportive online community, feeling optimistic to reach my new health goals. Thanks Bec

Such delicious easy to follow recipes and plans. Everything is right there for you at your fingertips, well explained and flexible to real life! After the 3 week reset I felt energised, no bloat, no aches and I'm sleeping so much better! And cake for breakfast....ermm yes please!
