I've just finished Bec's 3 Week Plan and it has been truly amazing. I actually thought I hadn't lost anything and I never lost any centimetres at all but I did feel lighter and the bloating and pain had completely stopped. Overall I lost nearly 2 kilos at the end of the three weeks but still no cms.
Now, a week later and after going away to the Southern Highlands for a weekend and eating out at two restaurants, whilst only having 1 glass of wine in total, I have actually lost 1cm on my waist and 2cm from my top and lower hip measurements! I have now joined Bec's Tribe, it is easily the very best eating regime I have ever been on. I don't like all of the recipes, so I won't cook them again, but I love 90% of it, the recipes are delicious, and, it has stopped the agonising everyday on the way home wondering what I'm going to cook.
I don't miss the sugar, and wine, at all and have actually got used to dark chocolate now.
I still have a little weight to lose but more than anything, it's the constant bloating and having EVERYTHING I eat end up in the toilet!
Bec, thankyou so much for such a well researched and highly organised meal plan and recipes. It must have taken months to plan this out.
