The 3WBR has taught me to plan healthier meals( delicious also) with ease. I lost 3.5kgs and fit into a few more of my clothes. Very happy. Have joined the Tribe to continue on this journey. Thanks Bec for all your guidance.

I found the three week plan much easier to follow than I thought it would be. I followed the first week almost as it is written and then started to swap meals around. I lost just over 2kg. My bloating has disappeared and overall I feel so much better.
