I decided to do this diet not particularly for weight loss but more to kick start myself into eating more fibre and protein, I tend to skip meals and probably not eat enough of the right foods as I should. I asked my husband if he wanted to do it with me.. he was skeptical to say the least!! However after the three weeks I had lost 2kg and he had lost 8kg!!! . we both felt like we had more energy and just felt healthier, more motivated and happier in general. We will certainly continue to incorporate lots of Bec’s ideas moving forward after the 3 week reset and are definitely now more mindful of how our bodies react to certain foods.. especially sugar!! Don’t think I could actually go back to eating it now!! Thanks Bec x
