I didn't even know I was living with it, because I'd gotten so used to it as my state of being. I'm only 4 weeks in, and my weight has been slow to shed, but Bec's education around realistic expectations and the science behind what's really happening when this lifestyle change is made keeps me going. The recipes aren't too shabby either!
