I have just completed the 3 week body reset program and for the most part really enjoyed the meals. I loved not having to think about my daily meal prep as following the plan to buy everything and prep on Sunday helped make this achievable. I’m not one for posting photos of me or food. I’m not a social media poster. Don’t have Facebook. But that’s ok. I had previously lost 15 kilos before starting with this meal plan and managed to get to 68 kilos but a holiday in Europe for 6 weeks and I put on 5 kilos which wasn’t great but I loved every mouthful I ate haha. But I do have issues with gluten and dairy so wanted to try and find something that would work for me on a day to day rather than yo yo dieting. I really feel this plan will help me achieve this. So thank you Bec and your team for putting this plan together, that doesn’t feel like a diet. I look forward to more inspirational meal ideas in coming months.

I must admit I never thought I would be writing this review. I began this journey with considerable apprehension, stemming from years of yo-yo dieting and significant weight losses that were invariably followed by a return to my starting point within a few months. Bec' approach, characterized by its simplicity, honesty, and scientific backing, compelled me to try. Now, three weeks later, I am not only feeling exceptional, sleeping better, and full of energy, but I have also lost 3.4 kg and a total of 17 cm from my waist, chest, hips, and legs. I am profoundly grateful and eager to embark on a lifetime heath journey.

I did the 3 week program and was very surprised with the results. Down a few kg. Easy and yummy recipes. Even my husband commented how nice the meals he was being served were. He doesn't know where they come from.. Have now joined the tribe to create some lifelong healthy habits and get back to feeling comfortable in my clothes
