I have yo yo dieted for years floating between 55 and 74 kgs and sitting in the mid to high 60s for the last few years which is unhealthy for me. I had gotten myself to a healthier 64kgs before finding Becs program. I wasn't eating crap but I wasn't eating well, I knew I need to to eat more but more healty food. This program has been so good, it's all planned out but you are shown quite clearly how to sub foods you don't like and you get to eat out twice a week, making it so much more sustainable for me. There is lots of support from the support team and also from others who are following the plan. This is exactly what I needed and exactly when I needed it. I feel like my days of yo yo dieting are over. I have PMDD (and in perimenopause) and have ADHD and I'm hoping that continuing down this path with help with my hormones also. One last thing, my skin feels so amazing, it feels smooth and I've been told twice that I look like I'm glowing, nice reward to putting in the effort. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is wanting to improve their overall health.
