I completed the 3WBR with the goals of decreasing bloating and gaining more energy. I found that I tended to cook the same dish for a few days as I did find the meal plan a little overwhelming. This suited my lifestyle better and I lost nearly 3kg, am feeling a lot less bloated and the usual 3pm slump has gone.
