The best thing I have ever done for myself. I feel so much better. No more stomach aches, rushing to the bathroom or lethargy. Food is fantastic. I was hopelessly addicted to Cappuccinos and chocolate. Now it’s an almond latte once a week and no chocolate. Just the delicious pumpkin bread. Fourth week and down 6 kilos but it’s the energy that I love the most. Feeling better than I have in years. Thank you Bec - you turned my life around

Today marks 4 months since I started my HWB journey and I had a repeat DEXA scan today (I did a scan on Day 1 on July 1st as a baseline). I could not be happier with my progress so far: Total weight lost in 4 months (scales) = 13.8kg Total fat mass lost = 14.4kg Total muscle gain = 1.3kg Visceral (dangerous ☠️ fat) down from 1.1kg to 0.4kg Clothing size 16 to size 10 I am leaner, stronger, happier, healthier and more energised than I have ever been in my life! I do Strong Pilates at 4.45am Monday to Friday. I was NEVER a morning person before Thank you Bec for not only giving me my life back but for giving me an even better one. I love this lifestyle and I am finally off the dieting roller coaster I have been on for 25 years. I am a better wife, mother and friend and I have learnt to put my health first. There are not enough words of gratitude and I am so grateful I found this amazing Tribe ❤️ Pic also of me (on the left) and my bestie loving life at 4.30am

Found 3 week body reset really easy to follow. Easy prep & meals, all in my household could cook any of the recipes. No fuss & not too much messing around. Which for us is the key for us to succeed.
