So glad I did this! It’s not just a meal plan, it’s a whole new way of understanding food as fuel and how good you can feel by applying a few basic principles to your diet. I feel so much better, no more brain fog, weight gain, or random aches and pains and sleeping so much better! I lost 2.5kg (still had a beer some evenings) and my partner lost 7kg.
