I would highly recommend this way of eating, you are always full never go hungry and the meals are easy to prep, but I think you need to be organised. My husband did it with me and he has enjoyed it also, so I have now joined up for the Tribe and look forward to more interesting meal plans. Thank you Bec and her many followers who kindly answered some of my questions. Trish

I have completed the three week body reset and I feel like Health With Bec has given me my life back. Over the past few years I've felt sluggish and unmotivated with a real lack of energy and hungry all the time. After a week into the reset I felt my energy levels lift and my motivation with it and the hunger disappeared.I really enjoy the food and the recipes were easy to follow. I lost 4.1kg in the three weeks on the reset. I have now joined the Tribe to continue the lifestyle. The program has also given me back my passion for cooking. Thank you Bec for creating this program. You are a godsend!

Becs 3WBR is very achievable. Be aware it is a lifestyle change (21 days to form a new habit:) Results were slow but steady, I’m definitely a work in progress.
