If you’re on the fence, time to hop over. The hardest part of a healthy lifestyle, for me, is meal planning. Health with Bec’s Three Week Reset completely crushes this hurdle. Every meal and snack is planned for you as well as a weekly grocery list. There is flexibility, or wiggle room. You can move meals around, add or delete a snack, repeat a meal. Easy peasy! The food is delicious and, while a little different than my normal, quite easy to prepare.
It was the push I needed, with a bit of hand holding. The online community is incredibly supportive and kindly answered what I thought to be a stupid question. I even met a fellow member and we went for a walk.
