I am on week 4 after starting my health with Bec journey. 5kg down. Less bloating. Feeling good. I love that the recipes are simple, normal foods. Lots of the diet/earring plans I’ve done in the past are weird foods that I wouldn’t normally eat and some of them I have been unable to tolerate - too many legumes for example. I am a sweet tooth, but I don’t indulge very often. I love that there are some recipes included in the plan that make me feel like I’m having a treat.

I was happy with my health outcome using 'Health with Bec' recipes. They are just what I've been looking for, recipes that I can use to help alleviate my health issues. I feel good; I've stopped using some supplements after chatting with my GP. While I enjoyed the meals, I found the prep took longer than I had allowed for. This has shown me that I need to plan ahead, which is a positive. I'm looking forward to being in the tribe.
