I loved the variety of the recipes, and variety of different vegetables used, but mostly I enjoyed the new lifestyle of eating, I enjoyed the fact that I had a menu plan with recipes so that I could plan ahead and always knew what I was having for my next meal. The free meals were great l could repeat a recipe I enjoyed or thoughtfully make free choices on food I missed. I definitely found a burst of energy in week 2. So far it’s been a positive change for me.
