So happy with this healthy way of eating. Previously felt like I was poisoning my body with every meal, tried numerous menopause diets and nothing has worked like health with Bec. 3kgs lost after the 3 week reset plan - only aimed to lose 7kg this year! Couldn’t be happier and feel so much healthier. Never been able to fast successfully before but the plan worked. Thank you so much Bec, I’m so grateful to finally feel this good again and my passion for cooking has returned. I love your recipes. Determined to keep going!

I started when I had the capacity mentally and physically. I’ve listened to your podcasts and watched your page for a long time. Like everything the first week was hard but then it felt good, body and soul. I have enjoyed it. I have lost a steady 1 kg a week and into week 4 now. Thank YOU Bec.
