I admit I was sceptical going into the 3 week body reset, but thought as it was only 3 weeks I'd give it a try. Not once did I feel hungry, in fact I never ate the suggested snack meals and only had 2 squares of Lindt 85% chocolate - 1 after lunch and 1 square after dinner each day. In fact being able to have this indulgence, as an absolute chocolate lover I believe helped me stay on track. I didn't even have a problem with the 2 intermittent fasting days in week 3. I've lost more than 5cms off my waist and almost 3 kgs in the 3 weeks. I will be continuing with this lifestyle whilst still allowing myself freedom meals twice a week. Very happy.
