This eating plan really delivered excellent results for me. I lost 2.8kg, and I did ‘cheat’ a fair bit! I had three free meals each week, instead of the recommended two, and I drank an almond latte every second day. Thankfully, Bec’s healthy, delicious tasting, filling, low calorie meals still allowed me to lose weight. I enjoyed the weekly reflections, as I truly did take time to appreciate the nutrition education I was learning. This way of eating works! Less bloating, weight loss, with no hunger. It was brilliant!
