Love Health with Bec! the 3WBR was the restart I needed to get myself back into some good eating habits. By the end of the 3 weeks I had lost weight, was sleeping better and completely lost my sugar cravings. Can't recommend this program highly enough. Plus lots of great support from other people on the FB page.

I'll admit I was skeptical at the beginning. Keto has never been maintainable for me. I've done periods of sugar free. And other 'healthy' diets. But none have really shown results and all have left me feeling like I'm missing out. Dieting solo without provided meal plans made it impossible to figure out what to eat and how to meet my nutritional needs in a balanced way. But this plan was different. Having the daily meals and snacks planned for me was the biggest help. And everything was pretty quick to make, and easy for someone like me who doesn't enjoy being in the kitchen. I didn't feel like I was missing out. I used the Eat Cake, Lose Weight book to sub in snacks (and even ate chocolate brownie and berries for breakfast one day! Yummm!), and never felt like my sweet cravings weren't being satisfied. It was easy to swap meals around in the plan if I didn't have time, or ingredients, or didn't fancy one of the recipes. The plan is so easy to work with. My bloating is so reduced, and I've lost just over 4kgs in 3 weeks. I've found it so hard to shift the extra weight since having my son and this is the first time I've really seen results. My confidence is so much higher. I feel better in my own skin. It's been so easy to continue this style of eating after the 3 weeks, because I've genuinely enjoyed the food and the way it makes me feel. Thanks so much to Bec and her team for such a wonderful, supportive, easy and enjoyable way to feel more like myself again!

Such great offering for those who are time poor like me, my family weren't keen on it at first, but then when the food was on the table, they had full food envy! Now they love the recipes and are totally onboard.
