3WBR saw me lose 4.6kilos, over 43cm off my body, sleeping like a log and an overall general wellbeing. My auto immune disease has improved significantly, less flare ups and pain. It can be overwhelming at first, but I found the plan so easy to implement (after the first few days adjustment) the food is delicious, filling and so quick to make. It’s become second nature now. I’m now saving money on groceries and less food waste. My whole family has eaten the meals, we just add extra calories/carbs for them. There’s so much information on the podcasts, support from the tribe - it has concreted my mindset, especially with such a balanced approach. It may take time to adjust but nothing tastes better than feeling healthy!
