I love the health with Bec program! The recipes are delicious and being able to substitute bread and pasta makes you feel like you’re never missing out! Not to mention the eat cake lose weight recipe book. 100% recommend this healthy lifestyle program. So many other benefits than just weight loss/management.

Couldn’t recommend the 3 week body rest enough! I love just over 3 kgs, while enjoying great food. Before starting I was constantly bloated, uncomfortable and nothing felt like it was working. I am now continuing with the Bec Tribe because I’m so happy with my results and want to keep working on my health and fitness journey

I've been trying to decide if I was going to try Health with Bec. It totally looked like I could give it a go. So I jumped on board. Due to a few work things. I could only do around 80% and I still lost over 7cm around the body and just over 3kgs in the 3 weeks. I don't crave sugar anymore and I'm actually ok to mainly drink water. I drank juices, cordial and soft drink every day now I'm ok without it. Not as bloated. I loved the FB group. It keeps you going and inspires you.
