I am amazed at how tasty the food is, and how quickly I saw results. Everyone wants to try the food especially the “eat cake lose weight” menus. I can still treat myself whilst clean eating! I feel like an accomplished chef using the meal plans the food is delightful and you can change the meals around if there is something you don’t want to try! This is a lifestyle change for me and my hubby.
