I joined the 3 week reset program after gradually putting on more weight and needed to change how I was eating as I knew I had picked up a lot of unhealthy habits! I did find it quite overwhelming at first but I have now settled in to my new routine and have found it easy to stick to and find the recipes tasty and filling. At the end of the 3 weeks, my weight is going down and my clothes feel much better! The support of the community has been great too! Win win!!

I have absolutely loved the support l have received following joining Health with Bec. I have had an interrupted 3rd and 4th week due to needing to travel long distance to care for parents and needing to stay longer than initially planned. I did a huge shop and cook up of week 3 menu which l brought with me. This has helped with my commitment and motivation. Haven't weighed for 2 weeks but had dropped 3kg in week 1 and 2 combined. I have joined the tribe and look forward to ongoing instagram, Facebook and email advice and support. Great work Bec. Looking forward to ramping up physically too.

Amazing plan! I lost 2.6kg and 16.5cm in just 3 weeks (and I’m only quite small to start with). I am more energized, have less bloating and far less inflammation in my joints too. The meals were satisfying and easy to make. And the education behind it all helped to make it a really holistic approach, not just a menu to follow. Highly recommend!
