I started this program immediately after I completed my breast cancer treatment. Found it helped reset my gut after I all the steroids and heavy medications. Food was yummy and the transition to sugar free & healthier food options were really easy to make. My family also enjoyed most of the meals as they are full of flavour and weren't crazy small potion sizes. It's a great program to start the journey of wanting better for your health.

This eating plan was fantastic and I got the great results Bec promised me. She took all the hard work out of it, and for a busy working Mum that was invaluable. I considered myself a very health conscious person who ate well, exercises regularly, and couldn’t understand this steady weight gain. Irs really demoralising when you think you are doing the right thing and trying so hard. Short answer, Bec knows stuff you don’t. Follow her plan, and you will find the missing key you have been looking for!

meal plan is very easy to follow and not time consuming. So many health benefits from the 3 week reset. Give it a go as its only 3 weeks but it has changed my way of thinking around some foods for the positive.
