Really great experience following the 3 week program. Bloating has reduced, I feel better than I have in a long time. I haven’t weighed myself as I don’t enjoy the scales as a metric, but I am sure I have lost a few centimetres as the jeans feel looser. Recipes were amazing and able to be adapted for the rest of the family to eat. I have enjoyed this process enough to keep on with the journey, which is unusual for me!!!!

It was a great program, that left you feeling really great-particularly after day 3. The recipes were really nice and easy to make. I have made considerable changes to what I eat now, as has my husband. The shopping list for each week was very helpful - making prepping easier. We have continued to follow the program, choosing to make healthy choices during the week, allowing flexibility for the weekends.
