I had a great experience doing Bec’s 3 week body reset, I lost 3 kgs in 3 weeks and am pleased to say I didn’t eat sugar for 3 weeks and my sugar cravings are now gone!!!
Bec’s meals are super tasty and healthy in an easy to follow format with shopping lists, meal plans and recipes literally spoon fed to you. You really do need to commit tho as Bec imparts lots of knowledge and information across the 3 weeks and I think you need to read/listen to it all to get the most out of the program.
I love the way I feel now and am super grateful to Bec for creating and sharing such a clever program!
