I loved this plan. I needed to lose a few tricky kilos, as well as get rid of wobbly belly fat, reduce bloating and increase my energy. I felt full the whole time, my insatiable cravings vanished and I loved it. If you're planning to do it, double-down and invest the time - any type of change is hard and the initial food prep can seem like a lot until you get used to a new way of thinking and eating. There's also fasting in the third week, which did not work for me at all - but that's OK because the plan is flexible and adaptable. This program helped me to make changes I had been needing to make for a long time - can't rate it highly enough.
