I loved this plan. I needed to lose a few tricky kilos, as well as get rid of wobbly belly fat, reduce bloating and increase my energy. I felt full the whole time, my insatiable cravings vanished and I loved it. If you're planning to do it, double-down and invest the time - any type of change is hard and the initial food prep can seem like a lot until you get used to a new way of thinking and eating. There's also fasting in the third week, which did not work for me at all - but that's OK because the plan is flexible and adaptable. This program helped me to make changes I had been needing to make for a long time - can't rate it highly enough.

I have really loved doing Bec’s 3 week body reset. Although I didn’t initially do the reset to lose weight, I did it to gain a better understanding of nutrition and to strengthen my relationship with food. This plan has helped me do just that and I’m already feeling so much more energetic and excited to continue on with this health journey.

I’ve just finished the 3 week body reset. I found the food/recipes very nice & very filling. My husband ate the same meal at dinner time and liked them all. I have lost 2 kilograms, very happy with that. I have much less tummy upset and pain. My joint inflammation has reduced considerably. All round very pleased & plan to continue with the program.
