What a great program! Thank you Bec. I started 3 Week Body Reset for some new dinner ideas and to stop the habit of looking for a sugar hit every afternoon. The recipes were so easy to follow and gave me lots of inspiration! The weight loss was just an added bonus . I highly recommend the Reset!
