I love this new lifestyle way of eating!
I've always eaten reasonably healthy or so I thought. However inflammation has increased over ther years, with IBS, Diverticulitis, arthritic joints and more.
I also went into instant medically induced menopause 18 years ago along with other side effects from treatment no fun at all!! Which I believe caused my leaky gut and other health issues.
I've had colonospies and other investigations over the years and basically like your story Bec, I was told to live it.
The first week of the 3 week program I actually felt very blah for the first 4 days but by 2nd week I felt better than I've felt in many years.
I didn't lose any weight first week but I didn't go into this for weight loss, my main goal was to reduce inflammation, cholesterol levels, mainly Triglycerides and gut health.
My sleep improved dramatically within days and my hot flashes also.
The following 2 weeks my bloating was gone, my BM are amazing. I can now actually leave my house my before 10am without being a slave to the loo!
I've lost 1.3 kgs in these 2 weeks and 10 cms off my waist.
I'm super happy and grateful about that!
I eat more than I did and feel great for it.
I will definitely recommend this lifestyle eating.

You're a very clever woman the way you have constructed these recipes etc...
They not only taste great the fresh ingredients, herbs etc... are si nutritious, healing and immune boosting.
