The 3 Week Body Reset program has changed my life. Prior to starting, I thought of myself as a quitter. I couldn’t stick to any diet and was heavily addicted to sugar. I hated how I looked and felt, was carrying an extra 20kg and had lots of health problems due to chronic inflammation and rheumatoid arthritis. I found the program so easy to follow, with all the hard work of meal planning done for me. The meals were delicious, and I rarely felt hungry. At the end of the 3 weeks, I had lost 5kg, all my digestive issues had gone and my blood pressure was the best it had been in years. I feel so much better that I’ve decided to continue with this amazing lifestyle change and see where it takes me. I can’t recommend Bec’s program enough! Thanks Bec for giving me my life back.

I absolutely loved the recipes - they were quick and easy to prepare. I didn’t cook the fish but swapped it out for another protein - with your guide it was so easy to do. I lost about 2.5 kgs on the 3 week body reset program. I have been following your podcast having only started listening earlier the year and am up ep. 136. I feel that I have shared with you all your ups and downs - you are a true inspiration! And to end off randomly, love that you are a dog lover too x
