My husband and I have just finished the 3 week reset- wow wow wow we have learnt so so much - he lost 8kg and I lost 4.3kg! Goodbye to Cadbury every single night - my taste buds have changed, my belly fat has dropped, I’m excited about making healthy nutritious food, it feels like less effort to do every day tasks as I am not as heavy, puffy and lethargic & I no longer overeat every single meal. Plus my wild heart rate and anxiousness has regulated after not having so much sugar constantly. Both my hubby & I are truly so full of hope for what this lifestyle can do for our future ☺️☺️ YAY!
