This plan is great - I've found it to be quite a natural way of eating for me, and it's reduced my sugar cravings DRAMATICALLY. I really appreciate all the additional information about how to make it work for kids and partners, how to make up your own lunches and salads etc. I also particularly appreciate the messaging about not needing to obsess about calories and macro-nutrients, and the encouragement to have a couple of meals 'off'.

I'm coeliac and allergic to dairy with a few intolerances. This is the first program I've found where I can eat all the meals. I lost 5kg in the 3 Week Reset and I have since joined The Tribe to keep things going. I gained 20kg after COVID lockdowns and nothing could get me back on track - until this. I'm so grateful! It's so easy to follow and takes away all the mental load of meal planning.

I can’t recommend this program enough, after the 3 week body rest I have lost 4.9kgs, and also gained confidence as all of my clothes now fit. I don’t have any bloating, my bowel issues have improved, my dry scalp is so much better (I think sugar was the problem). I love the food, never felt deprived and found the meal prep easy, even though I work 6 days a week and have many commitments. This is now my way of life, I feel I have so much more to learn so I’ve joined the tribe, plus I listen to Bec’s podcasts which are really helpful and helps keep the focus and momentum. If you thinking about trying this plan, stop thinking and do it!!!! Thanks Bec for creating a safe space and sharing your knowledge. Forever thank you Kel
