The 3 week body reset is a carefully curated programme full of delicious food which has left me feeling great. I have lost weight and believe my tummy issues can truly be in the rear vision mirror if I continue to learn and embrace this new way of eating and thinking about food. Thank you Bec for the dedication you have invested in providing so many of us with a real lifestyle solution not a fad diet, you really are inspiring. I did the Health with Bec 3 week body reset with aim of reducing inflammation in my knees. It did work and I had a lot less pain and as added bonus lost 3kgs. Worth the effort and time to improve health in a supported way

Bec's plan is backed by science and knowledge gained from working with lots of women who've tried it all! I love that her podcasts explain the science behind the plan. I was amazed at how much food I was eating on a daily basis and still losing weight. On top of that I had a filling yummy snack every night after dinner. She helps to set you up for success by explaining how you'll feel and giving tips to get through the first week of changing the way you eat. The meals are delicious and can be easily swapped around. I've tried so many "diets" but this feels like something I can adopt long term. I'm feeling more energetic, sleeping well and just so excited that I've found her. Thanks Bec for providing this plan at such an affordable price!!
