A really great program which educates along the way. For me it was more about what to each and what to avoid. Some foods I thought were in the category of avoid when they were really important. After 3 weeks I ended up with less bloating and a few kgs lighter. It did take some time in the first 2 weeks with time needed to meal prep. As I was cooking triple to suit the family it felt like I was cooking all the time. I am time poor with my work and sound the recipes took longer than they said. But week 3 was much easier once I got the hang of them and preparing a few things ahead of the day. I feel empowered to make better choices now.

The 3 week body reset is a carefully curated programme full of delicious food which has left me feeling great. I have lost weight and believe my tummy issues can truly be in the rear vision mirror if I continue to learn and embrace this new way of eating and thinking about food. Thank you Bec for the dedication you have invested in providing so many of us with a real lifestyle solution not a fad diet, you really are inspiring. I’m now in the tribe and look forward to the future me.

I did the Health with Bec 3 week body reset with aim of reducing inflammation in my knees. It did work and I had a lot less pain and as added bonus lost 3kgs. Worth the effort and time to improve health in a supported way
