Bec's plan is backed by science and knowledge gained from working with lots of women who've tried it all! I love that her podcasts explain the science behind the plan. I was amazed at how much food I was eating on a daily basis and still losing weight. On top of that I had a filling yummy snack every night after dinner.
She helps to set you up for success by explaining how you'll feel and giving tips to get through the first week of changing the way you eat. The meals are delicious and can be easily swapped around.
I've tried so many "diets" but this feels like something I can adopt long term. I'm feeling more energetic, sleeping well and just so excited that I've found her.

Great 3 week program with easy delicious recipes. I lost 2kg and, more importantly, a few cm all around. I will continue to follow this way of eating. My hubby is also happy with the food which is very filling.
