I had great results on the 3 Week Body Reset plan. c3kgs down in 3 weeks and was able to continue my 3-day-per-week weight training and still have plenty of energy. First 4-5 days were a little tough with sugar withdrawal (didn't help I had gone all out the week before on holidays...) but all symptoms gone by the end of day 5, so hang in there in the first few days!
I'm not culinarily gifted, so the best part for me was the easy to follow, tasty recipes with lots of use of leftovers and the ability to make yummy snacks ahead. The shopping lists took out the mental load and I have very much benefited from the great variety of veges in this plan. The free meals each week meant that I didn't feel I had to hide away from the world, and could incorporate social life well.
