I’ve just finished my 3 week challenge of this programme. I must say that I found some challenges.
I followed the first week religiously however I did continue to exercise and was very busy so therefore I became quite tired.
I mostly followed the structure of the second week’s menu, however even though I stuck to the guidelines of the programme I did substitute meals staying within the daily calorie limit.
The third week I didn’t fast but did much the same as week two with meals chosen from the challenge within 1500 daily calories.
I thoroughly enjoyed the super tasty meals and delighted in cooking new recipes, all of which I enjoyed.
I have been following a gluten free, dairy free, low sugar diet for quite a few years. However I learnt much about cooking and planning higher protein and low carb meals.
Even though I did not follow the challenge 100%, I am 3.2kg lighter and feel less bloated and now much more energised and clear headed.
