I have been a yo-yo dieter for most of my life & I have previously lost weight doing low carb but it was very restrictive. I had seen Bec on TV quite a while ago but didn’t do anything until recently when I came across the 3 week body reset. I thought I would give it a go expecting to struggle like I had on my previous attempt at low carb. Honestly, I was shocked at how easy it was. Admittedly I had awful headaches the first few days but once they went, I felt good. I was surprised by how tasty the meals were, breakfasts I thought I would not enjoy, I now look forward to! I lost 4kgs in the 1st 3 weeks, but the best part is the cms lost. I am hooked & have now joined the tribe. This is definitely a long term way of eating. Thanks Bec & your team
