I started this program in December 2023, and since then, I’ve lost 18 kg! The initial Three-Week Body Reset alone helped me drop 7 kg, and the results have been both sustainable and life-changing.
As a full-time working mum of four, including children with additional needs, finding something that fits into my lifestyle and actually works has been a game-changer. I’ve always been into fitness, but life got in the way, and I hadn’t been exercising regularly for years. This program helped me find my way back—not only with fitness but also with food education and mindset.
Since starting, I’ve taken up Pilates three times a week (something I’d never thought I’d love!), and for the first time in years, I feel more in control of my health. I used to constantly feel bloated, tired, and unwell due to insulin resistance and IBS. I was even on medication, but after following this program and adjusting my eating habits, I was able to stop the medication in early 2024—and haven’t looked back.
