Bec's program has been brilliant. As a person that goes in a little bit sceptic after tying different diets for not just wait loss but bloating. I am happy to share it has been worth it! The food is delicious and easy to follow. I look forward to breakfast each day. I used to be an overnights oats girl and now I have variety. I would love to have more variety in recipes for dinners. But the ones that are in the week course are really good. My husband even loves the flavours of the pork!

I did the Health with Bec three week detox as a way to get back on track with my eating and healthy lifestyle. I found it much easier than I had anticipated the food was delicious and easy to prepare and Bec provides lots of guidance and support in purchasing ingredients and pantry staples and having a positive mindset. I thought I would find it really hard to limit my bread intake and was surprised how in reality that was not the case. I have been introduced to a lot of new tasty foods that are low carb and I am enjoying my meals more now, I am eating mindfully and noticing the taste and my appetite levels a lot more. I feel more in tune with my body, I have lost weight and now all of my clothes fit comfortably and I feel happier with myself The detox was a kickstart to me looking after myself and getting out of a rut ThankYou Bec

Completing Bec's 3 week body reset program has been a game changer for me as a middle-aged women who believed my increasing waistline was due to post menopause and typical middle age spread. I had previously looked at other "diets" and was sceptical, but this is no diet, this is education and facts, and everything is presented in a way anyone can achieve positive results if you are ready to learn and change. The 100's of women supporting each other in Bec's tribe with positivity is amazing and I have learnt I am never too old to learn. My WHY is for my health, my family and my self-esteem and I am on my way to enjoying life as actively and healthy as I possibly can, no excuses anymore!!
