Found the plan super easy to follow, tried lots of new foods that I loved! I wasn't hungry, even got to fast twice for 16 hours that I couldn't do before. Lost nearly 4kg in 3 weeks, will keep on with the program to continue to reduce all the inflammation in my system. I've tried for years & not managed to loose any weight, just been creeping up. So very happy with my results so far, hoping it will help even more with some of my health issues
