I joined Health with Bec about 4 weeks ago and surprised myself at how easy it was to manage and food prep. I loved everything that I ate and lost 3 kilos. I have joined the tribe but as yet have not committed to starting as I and am still using my 3 week recipe booklet. I like that I don't feel guilty about having a wine or going out for dinner occasionally. thank you Heather Dunn

I found the meal lists and preparation advice very helpful. Enjoyed making my own salad dressing, marinating meats and easy cooking. Loved the Asian styles marinates and one mug treats. Gave me a much better sense of portions for myself and family members.
