Hi everyone. I have just completed the 3 week body reset and first week on the Tribe menu plans. I have successfully reached my goal weight and am enthusiastic about preparing my meals. It took me a little while to get used to navigating my way around the program (I am not a real wiz at the computer). I takes time to complete all the reading but perseverance has paid off!!. Bec has amazing nutritional knowledge and I love the way she puts it across in easy to understand everyday language. I'm just about addicted to her podcasts!!
