I have found this type of diet/lifestyle is one of the best I have seen or tried. No starvation, good quality food, great support from the FB family. I may not have lost a lot of weight however; I have reduced the arthritis pain in my body and it’s changed my mind set on what is good for you. Quit sugar without using alternatives. As an older woman I am feeling refreshed and have lost that hungry feeling I was getting prior and after meals. Going forward I will continue to use the recipes as my mainstay. For anyone sitting on the fence, I feel its been a good move to embrace change.
