Amazing delicious recipes, continual contact, feedback and support. And a life training in nutrition and what food does or doesn’t agree with you, more than a diet. A way of life.

Absolutely loved the recipes. Felt great after a week and love that you can still have yummy things that are still healthy. Less bloating etc. Have not done 100% All the time but love being able to get a new recipe and start again. This is my new lifestyle now. Thanks Bec.

Loved this meal plan. Was easy to follow and adapt when I needed to. Loved the option of free meals and the advice given for those meals. Will continue to use the meals as I move forward.
