The way I was eating and my lifestyle which had been fine for decades was just not working for me anymore. After menopause the weight started piling on even with not eating that much and eating heathy. I felt inflamed, uncomfortable in the stomach and lacking in energy.
Now I’m not hungry, less bloating and down 3kg in 3 weeks (despite a week on vacation in Asia), but lost many cms off waist, breasts and hips. Def a way of life that allows you to also enjoy yourself with an 80/20 approach. I also have so much more energy.
