Was very sceptical about this, my naturopath recommended it and I pretty much did any eye roll when I saw it was low carb. Thought I would be starving as well as gain all the weight back when a carb was added back in. Was also worried about cutting out food groups altogether. I was wrong, it is lower carb but I was rarely hungry and can still eat fruit and vegies so it's very different to keto and paleo. Who knew a piece of salmon and some asian greens (no rice) could actually fill me up!. Recommend listening to Bec's podcast as well when starting, this helps to explain a little more about the plan. It might be stricter for the first few weeks but then you can have a little more freedom. it feels sustainable long term. I did lose a small amount of weight during the reset and feel that I can continue on in the tribe to lose the few remaining kilos. I also can't exercise much at the moment so the fact I have seen a change on the scales and my clothes are loser is awesome. Thanks Bec.
