I enrolled for the Three week Body Reset and I loved it as the 3 week plans had all the meals planned with their corresponding macros. I love the flexibility to adjust the meals according to my total calories, and the meals are low calories and delicious. I was also able to eat yummy snacks like the orange and almond cake as part of my macros. It's a way of eating without deprivation and/or starvation. The best part, I really felt good about my eating and nutrition after three weeks, and losing cms and 2 1/2 kg was a bonus.
