I lost over 4 Kgs doing the HWB 3 week Body reset. I found the menu recipes easy to follow and liked that it does allow you some flexibility so you can make tweaks to fit in with your own routine. I'm new to this way of eating but I can see myself continuing to make better food choices with the knowledge I'm gaining from all Bec's helful tips.

The food is delicious and I ended the three weeks 4 kgs down, feeling less bloated and minimised the night cravings. Its built to cater for one female so it takes a little bit of extra planning to cater for the rest of the family but it was worth the juggle.
