2.3kg down in 3 weeks. So happy after failing at shifting any weight for a long time. Also a very happy digestive system with less bloating and discomfort. Lots of support, great recipes and longevity if desired (which I do)

As i started this whilst travelling on holiday and was pretty lazy with recipes but rather sticking with principles
I love opshopping so bought a dress that was too tight and figured i would get seroous when home
That dress now fits so this works even without being strict
No sugar not much dairy except yogurt and
2 almond lattes a day
Havent weighed myself but my clothes are the tell
Bit more to lose but this works
