After listening to many podcasts and such inspiring calls and joining the 3 week body reset. I am almost 6 months now in the tribe and can happily say Bec’s way of eating and approach has transformed me and given me so much more confidence and made me happier with this lifestyle change.
I never set too many goals when I started, basically following principles and sticking to the 80/20 approach.
I only wanted to feel healthier and maybe lose around 5-8kg if it was possible. I turned 50 in June this year and have been trying to manage all the menopause symptoms.
There are so many fantastic and yummy recipes on this program. I do stick to my favourites though and I am quite happy repeating them.
I posted on the Facebook page in August when I shed 10kg. I thank everyone for the wonderful positive comments, definitely motivating.
I have now shed 4kg more and down to 60kg from 74kg a year ago. Have kept the 14kg off for a few weeks now. My mindset has switched to making healthy choices majority of the time, and I do still enjoy alcohol at times without over doing it.
I can now confidently put my bathers on and feel happy.
