Bought the 3WBR, wanting to see if eliminating certain foods, if it would help me with joint inflammation. I started unprepared, but was determined not to keep putting off starting, so away I went. Sceptical that it was to be a fad diet, within the first week I had a huge reduction in ankle swelling at the end of the day. I never felt hungry but did suffer a mild headache during the first week. Now in my 4th week (I'm pretty much repeating my 3WBR plan with a few tweaks) I've lost 3.7kg, feel more alert, healthier, and joint pain has decreased, meaning I'm not needing to take any anti inflammatory medication. Would recommend this plan to anyone wanting to improve their general health and lose a few kilo's along the way.
