Very impressed with Bec’s 3 Week Body Reset. I found the food very tasty, recipes easy to follow and the pre-work and during the week materials interesting and helpful. I had lost my ‘food prep mojo’ but the reset has not only helped me full back in love with cooking, it’s also got me back on track with planning, prepping and being organised for the week. I’m enjoying my time in the kitchen and am excited to eat delicious food that fills me up! With the recipes ticking all the necessary macro boxes, I’m confident that I’m eating the right stuff to appropriately fuel my body. It wasn’t hard for the cms to come off (yay!) but more importantly, my head is no longer foggy, I’m no longer bloated, I am full of energy and I’m feeling great. Thank you Bec and all the FB contributors who helped make the journey fun!

Easy, simple and delicious. Serving sizes were so big and the food was so tasty, I was actually blown away that I was able to lose 5kg in 3 weeks. Did not feel like a diet at all. In the 3 weeks not only did I lose weight but felt more energetic, clean, happy and my skin looks so healthy. I am going to continue eating this way.
