Since Menopause I have been putting on weight and just not able to budge it. I wasn't sure the 3WBR would work, but it absolutely does. I would definitely recommend it.

I have really enjoyed doing the 3 week reset. The recipes were easy to follow and adapt for my family. I’m Feeling less bloated and not so hungry. I have continued on with the Tribe. What a great practical and easy to follow programme. Thanks Bec for making this an easy programme and make it an every day lifestyle. Highly recommend.

Hi all Just popped in as I have taken a photo of every meal (I actually love doing this now) and all my progress photos each week and I realised I have finished Week 12 of my journey (3WBR then moved into Tribe) and that same thing I kept seeing people write 'trust the process' has really come through. Today I weighed myself and I am down 9.5kg. I haven't been perfect but my sugar addiction is gone and I can now have a couple of mini eggs or a furry friend choc with my daughter and know that I wont eat a whole bag of them in one sitting. The colours, the fresh food, the variety is so good and I find personally making such aesthetic foods is so motivating! Thankyou all for your daily posts (anonymous or not!) This is truly a special group and I'm so glad to be a part of it
