I am one of those people who feels they have tried it all! So many different weight loss program over the years. I got on the scales today and was amazed that I am now 88.3kgs with a loss of 7.7kg since start of June (6 weeks on the Health with Bec program). I have not been below 90kgs since pre covid and I have NEVER found a program as easy as this. Am so excited and thankful for Bec’s program and for the support I receive from the Health with Bec Tribe ❤️

Finally found a plan that cuts inflammation and bloating fast. Post baby weight is now coming off easily with minimal exercise. Lots of useful education in the 3 week body reset and easy to follow meal plans. Sugar cravings are gone, lost 4kg in 3 weeks and will continue to follow this lifestyle

Love the recipes. They are quick and easy to make and are very tasty. I lost 2kgs in three weeks but can’t see any difference in photos yet. Feel lighter and bloat has gone. The only way I can lose weight is the low carb, gluten free and no refined sugar. I did this over 20 years ago, on my own, and lost 25 kgs. (In 9 months). I didn’t have your receipts back then so I should be able to keep this way of eating. This way of eating gives me a much better bowel movement. I was on Ozempic and did not lose any weight. I am really excited with your plan and look forward to joining the tribe soon.
