Love the recipes. They are quick and easy to make and are very tasty. I lost 2kgs in three weeks but can’t see any difference in photos yet. Feel lighter and bloat has gone. The only way I can lose weight is the low carb, gluten free and no refined sugar. I did this over 20 years ago, on my own, and lost 25 kgs. (In 9 months). I didn’t have your receipts back then so I should be able to keep this way of eating. This way of eating gives me a much better bowel movement. I was on Ozempic and did not lose any weight. I am really excited with your plan and look forward to joining the tribe soon.
