The 3 weeks reset was a great program to get a long term lifestyle change underway. Recipes were easy to follow, and it set the foundation for a sustainable way of eating and enjoying food without the stress and hunger. I never felt deprived or like I was missing anything. The lack of bloating, increased energy and fat loss was a nice bonus too!

An amazing program, and let’s be honest, I’ve tried a few. Wasn’t time consuming, no extravagant ingredients or hard to follow recipes. It really is a body reset. Not only does Bec set out an easy to follow meal plan she gives you the tools to educate yourself on what works for your body. I’m hooked
